Interim Management

When required C7 Consulting is able to help clients by temporarily filling senior management positions.

To date this has typically occurred following the implementation of a strategy or transformation where key roles are not able to be filled immediately by the client, however the same approach would be taken with an engagement specifically to assist in an experience/skills shortage.

All interim engagements involve full accountability for the area being managed, and critically its staff and their development.  However a keystone of any interim engagement is a clear succession plan, assistance in the recruitment cycle and successful handover to the new incumbent of the position.
